A prioritized, plain-English action plan built around your growth goals and based in the reality of your time, existing resources, and investment. We outline what to do, in what order, and why. The plan covers brand, marketing, and growth operations based on your specific objectives.

03) EXECUTION

The Activation

Choose how you want to execute. We can run the full plan for you, work alongside your team for 90 days while training them to own it through new skills and automation support, or hand the roadmap directly to you to run internally.

Meet the Founder

Scott lives in Oklahoma City with his wife Annie and their two kids, Shepherd and Callie. He's spent his career building brand strategy and marketing that actually shows up on the balance sheet. For 15+ years, he has led digital strategy across agency clients in retail, B2B services, financial services, healthcare, energy, and beyond, then leading marketing and corporate strategy in-house at a $100M+ organization.

That in-house experience is the difference. Most agencies and contractors talk about brand and marketing in isolation. Owning the budget and proving every recommendation moved revenue is a much different experience.

Four Nineteen exists because of what that vantage point made clear: most agencies and contractors don't actually understand what their clients need.
